Garlic and onions benefit or harm

 

Dear friends! In the recipes that you will find on the website «Cook with love!». I try not to use onion and garlic . and replace them with spice «Asafoetida». Why? — you ask, because it is considered that garlic and onions are very healthy. But is it really?

According To Ayurveda . classical medicine of India, the products are divided into three categories — sattva , ragasiya and tamasine —

food in goodness, passion and ignorance. Onions and garlic and other bulbs are classified as rajasika and tamasika food, which means that they increase the quality of passion and ignorance in man. This is reflected in the fact that they produce bad breath and body, as well as these (onion) plants cause agitation, anxiety and aggression. Therefore, they are harmful physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. However, in Ayurveda permitted treatment onion and garlic in some cases. But they in any case are not a daily food.

People who engage in prayer and meditation . also do not use these products because they have a negative impact on the consciousness.

The Taoists . followers of Taoism . discovered thousands of years ago that plants from the onion family are harmful to human health. In particular, the onions are harmful to the lungs, garlic — for the heart, leek — for the spleen, chives — for the liver and green onions — for the kidneys.

People who practice Reiki . they say that garlic and onions are among the first substances to be excluded from the system of human nutrition — along with tobacco, alcohol and pharmaceutical drugs.

These are some of the reasons why it is better not to use these products in cooking, and replace them with the asafoetida. which is very similar smell and taste.
